Disney+ and Hulu have revealed their complete US streaming line-up for August 2026, including the premieres of Camp Rock 3, Star Wars: Visions Presents – The Ninth Jedi and the continuing second season of X-Men ’97.
Other major additions include Wizards Beyond Waverly Place Season 3, Futurama Season 14, The Simpsons: Yellow Mirror, Venom: The Last Dance and the new Disney Princess concert special.

‘Star Wars: Visions Presents – The Ninth Jedi’
Streaming from August 5 on Disney+ and Hulu
Part of the new Star Wars: Visions Presents banner, Star Wars: Visions Presents – The Ninth Jedi continues the story established in the animated shorts The Ninth Jedi and The Ninth Jedi: Child of Hope.
The limited series follows Lah Kara as she continues training in the ways of the Jedi under Margrave Juro. Kara and Juro’s small fellowship of Jedi apprentices embark upon a mission to save her father and prevent a mysterious Sith leader from unleashing darkness across the galaxy.
All episodes will be available to stream at launch.
‘X-Men ’97’ Season 2
New episodes from August 5 on Disney+
X-Men ’97 returns for its second season as Marvel’s heroic mutant team remains divided and scattered across different eras of history.
As the X-Men attempt to find their way home, new enemies and further strains of mutant intolerance emerge in the 1990s following the team’s disappearance.
New episodes will be released weekly, with the season finale arriving on 12 August.
‘Wizards Beyond Waverly Place’ Season 3
Streaming from August 5 on Disney+
The third season of Wizards Beyond Waverly Place finds Billie struggling with the loss of Alex following the events of Season 2.
Billie discovers that rescuing her mother will require her to reunite with her long-lost father. As the family works together to locate Alex, Billie realises that the combined power of the Russo family may be the only force capable of defeating the evil threatening them.
All episodes will be available to stream from 5 August.
‘Camp Rock 3’
Streaming from August 14 on Disney+
Camp Rock 3 brings Connect 3 back to the camp where their musical journey began.
After losing the opening act for a major reunion tour, the group returns to Camp Rock to search for the next big musical talent. As the campers compete for the opportunity to join their favourite band on tour, friendships are tested and unexpected alliances, revelations and romances begin to emerge.
The movie premieres on Disney+ on 14 August.
‘Disney Princess: The Ultimate Concert Celebration’
Streaming from 16 August on Disney+
Filmed at Disney California Adventure Park during World Princess Week, Disney Princess: The Ultimate Concert Celebration brings together performers connected to Disney Princess stories across animation, live-action productions, stage shows and music.
The concert features lights, projections and fountains as Disney celebrates the songs and stories of its most recognisable heroines.
‘LION’
Streaming from 20 August on Disney+ and Hulu
From The Lion King director Jon Favreau and BBC Studios executive producer Mike Gunton, LION documents the life of a lion cub named Kio.
Filmed across four years, the natural history series follows Kio as he grows from a vulnerable cub into a powerful leader. His journey includes loss, exile, family conflict and battles with rival lions as he attempts to survive and eventually become a king.
All episodes will be available at launch.
‘LEGO Disney Princess: Magical Mayhem’
Streaming from 21 August on Disney+
In LEGO Disney Princess: Magical Mayhem, the Disney Princess characters and their companions shelter a collection of animals during a heavy rainstorm.
When the animals begin causing chaos throughout the castle, the princesses discover that a mischievous villain is responsible. They must work together, think quickly and accept assistance from an unexpected ally to restore order.
‘The Simpsons: Yellow Mirror’
Streaming from 26 August on Disney+
The Simpsons: Yellow Mirror presents two new tales exploring technology, artificial intelligence and distorted perceptions of reality.
A defective lamp reveals a heartbreaking truth about Homer’s understanding of the world, while an AI-powered tablet befriends Maggie before beginning to control her.
The Disney+ exclusive episode premieres on 26 August.
‘The Girls: A Khloé Kardashian Project’
