FX has released the official trailer for American Horror Story: 13, bringing some of the anthology’s most recognisable characters and stars back together for its thirteenth instalment.
The new footage places Jessica Lange front and centre as she returns to the American Horror Story franchise for the first time since 2018.
UK viewers will be able to watch the new season exclusively on Disney+ from September 25, 2026, one day after its US premiere on FX and Hulu.

The trailer turns the new season into a celebration of the anthology’s history, with familiar characters returning from several previous instalments rather than beginning with an entirely separate story.
Lange can be seen returning to multiple roles from her earlier appearances, including Constance Langdon, Sister Jude, Fiona Goode and Elsa Mars.
Sarah Paulson returns alongside Evan Peters, while the footage also brings the witches of Coven back into the story and teases the return of several villains and figures from the show’s past.

Disney previously confirmed that characters including Constance Langdon, Cordelia Goode, Madison Montgomery, Marie Laveau, Rubber Man, Twisty the Clown and Kai Anderson will all feature in the new season.
Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates and Emma Roberts are among the other major franchise stars appearing in the thirteenth instalment.
The crossover-style approach makes Season 13 one of the anthology’s most direct attempts yet to connect characters and stories from across its previous chapters.
Who Is In The ‘American Horror Story: 13’ Cast?
The returning ensemble also includes Billie Lourd, Gabourey Sidibe, Leslie Grossman and Joey Pollari.
New and additional cast members include Avantika, Jamie Brewer, Elle Chapman, Berto Colon, Alex Consani, Frances Conroy, Mat Fraser, Seth Gabel, Orlando Jones, Paul Anthony Kelly, John Carroll Lynch, Tig Notaro, Madelaine Petsch, Mena Suvari and Zach Villa.
Filmmaker John Waters also joins the season, appearing in the trailer in a blood-covered white suit.
The series was created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk and is produced by 20th Television.
When Is ‘American Horror Story: 13’ On Disney+ In The UK?
American Horror Story: 13 premieres exclusively on Disney+ in the UK on Friday, September 25.
The season consists of 13 half-hour episodes. The first two weeks will each release three episodes, followed by two episodes every Friday until the thirteenth and final episode arrives on October 30.
All previous seasons of the anthology are already available on Disney+ in the UK.
