Tulsa King is officially back in business. Paramount+ has released the first teaser trailer for the hotly anticipated third season, confirming that Sylvester Stallone will return to his fan-favourite role as mob boss Dwight “The General” Manfredi. The hit series, created by Taylor Sheridan, has become one of the streamer’s crown jewels, and Season 3 looks ready to raise the stakes once again.
A Record-Breaking Run So Far

Following its explosive debut in 2022, Tulsa King quickly became a breakout success. Season 2 saw the series skyrocket in popularity, pulling in 21.1 million global viewers for its premiere, Paramount+’s most-watched global debut to date. It also racked up 159 million views across platforms, an eye-watering 894% increase from Season 1, alongside a huge social bump of 6.1 million engagements.
Unsurprisingly, it also ranked among the top 10 original series across all SVOD platforms in late 2024.
What to Expect From ‘Tulsa King’ Season 3

Season 3 sees Dwight’s criminal empire stretch further into Tulsa, and deeper into danger. His biggest challenge yet arrives in the form of the Dunmires, a ruthless old-money family who play by their own rules. As his enemies circle, Dwight will be forced to protect not only his turf but his chosen family.
The new cast includes returning stars Martin Starr, Annabella Sciorra, Jay Will, Neal McDonough, Robert Patrick, Frank Grillo, Garrett Hedlund, Dana Delany, and more. Samuel L. Jackson joins as Russell Lee Washington Jr., a character who will soon headline NOLA King, a Tulsa King spinoff set in New Orleans.
The series is produced by MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios, with Taylor Sheridan, Sylvester Stallone, Dave Erickson, and others serving as executive producers. Erickson returns as showrunner.
Tulsa King Season 3 premieres exclusively on Paramount+ on 21 September 2025. Check out the teaser below:
