What’s Coming to Sky Cinema in February 2025?

February 2025 brings a number of cinema hits to Sky Cinema customers, with a wide variety of titles being added over the course of the month. From the return of Garfield in The Garfield Movie, to The Bikeriders, and I Saw The TV Glow – there’s something for everyone this month!

Sky Cinema customers get the added bonus of two free tickets for VUE Cinemas (eligible for use between Sunday-Thursday), as well as Paramount+ included with the subscription.


‘I Saw The TV Glow’

Arriving on Sky Cinema on Saturday, February 1

Teenager Owen is just trying to make it through life in the suburbs when his classmate introduces him to a mysterious late-night TV show – a vision of a supernatural world beneath their own. In the pale glow of the television, Owen’s view of reality begins to crack. Supernatural drama starring Justice Smith (Pokémon Detective Pikachu) and Brigette Lundy-Paine (Bill & Ted Face the Music). 

‘Chuck Chuck Baby’

Present day, industrial North Wales. Helen, late thirties, spends her nights packing chickens and her days caring for dying mother-figure Gwen. Helen’s mundane world takes a surprising turn with Joanne’s return; they were the objects of the other’s secret teenage passions. Encouraged by Helen, Joanne starts a playful wooing game. As they fall in love, Helen’s zest for life returns but Joanne feels the walls close in as she faces something darker from her past. 


‘The Bikeriders’

The Bikeriders captures a rebellious time in America when the culture and people were changing. After a chance encounter at a local bar, strong-willed Kathy (Jodie Comer) is inextricably drawn to Benny (Austin Butler), the newest member of Midwestern motorcycle club, the Vandals led by the enigmatic Johnny (Tom Hardy). Much like the country around it, the club begins to evolve, transforming from a gathering place for local outsiders into a dangerous underworld of violence, forcing Benny to choose between Kathy and his loyalty to the club.

With Owl disappearing, mischievous Rats terrorising the neighbourhood and a lake overflowing their home, Fox and Hare embark on an exciting adventure to save the forest that will push their friendship to the limit!


‘The Garfield Movie’

Arriving on Sky Cinema on Friday, February 14

Garfield (voiced by Chris Pratt), the world-famous, Monday-hating, lasagna-loving indoor cat, is about to have a wild outdoor adventure! After an unexpected reunion with his long-lost father – scruffy street cat Vic (voiced by Samuel L. Jackson) – Garfield and his canine friend Odie are forced from their perfectly pampered life into joining Vic in a hilarious, high-stakes heist.


‘The Line’

The Line is a campus thriller that plunges into the dangerous world of college fraternities and blind adherence to tradition. Alex Wolff stars as Tom, a scholarship student desperate to break free from his working-class background who is charmed by the prestigious KNA fraternity’s promises of high social status and alumni connections that open doors. But upon beginning a romance with Annabelle (Halle Bailey), a classmate outside of his social circle, and the manipulative schemes of his fraternity president (Lewis Pullman) unfolding during the hazing of new members, Tom finds himself ensnared in a perilous game of ambition and loyalty.

A middle school girl named Huijun falls to her death after being bullied, leading to a series of mysterious deaths among the bullies, and violence towards Huijun’s best friend at school, Xiaotong. As the investigation progresses, old secrets of concealment and corruption are about to be revealed. 


‘Rob Peace’

Directed, adapted by, and starring Academy Award® nominee Chiwetel Ejiofor (12 Years a Slave), ‘Rob Peace’ follows the true story of a brilliant young man (Jay Will) torn between his father’s shadowed past and his own promising future. Raised by his devoted mother (Academy Award® nominee Mary J. Blige, Mudbound), Rob risks everything he has worked for to free his imprisoned father (Ejiofor). Also starring Camila Cabello and based on the New York Times bestseller by Jeff Hobbs.


‘The Watched’

Arriving on Sky Cinema on Friday, February 21

The Watched follows Mina (Dakota Fanning), a 28-year-old artist who gets stranded in an expansive, untouched forest in western Ireland. When Mina finds shelter, she unknowingly becomes trapped alongside three strangers that are watched and stalked by mysterious creatures each night.


‘Thelma’

Inspired by a real-life experience of director Josh Margolin‘s own grandmother, Thelma puts a clever spin on action movies, shining the spotlight on an elderly grandmother as an unlikely action hero. In the first leading film role of her 70-year career, Oscar® nominee June Squibb portrays feisty 93-year-old grandmother Thelma Post. After getting conned by a phone scammer pretending to be her grandson, Thelma sets out on a treacherous quest across Los Angeles accompanied by an aging friend (Shaft’s Richard Roundtree in his final performance) and his motorized scooter to reclaim what was taken from her.

‘Fight or Flight’

A mercenary takes on the task of eliminating a high-value target on a plane flight, but when an onslaught of rival assassins descend upon them both, he realises they have to team up in order to survive. Josh Hartnett stars in this kinetic action-thriller with levity – think John Wick meets Die Hard… on a plane!
