With Galactic Starcruiser shutting down this September 30th, Disney is lacking in the immersive hotel department, to say the least. It was an awesome idea, and executed to the best of their ability, but at that price. Sheesh. With windows that made it seem like you were in space, your favorite characters roaming around the areas, and they could possibly even give you a secret mission to do. This is what made Galactic Starcruiser special. Now, what if we took all of that, and we put it with our X-Men?
Picking A Setting
Of course, I can’t do this without picking a great setting for our guests to enjoy.
None other than the X-Mansion
What place would be better suited than the place all Mutants congregate at?
(Yes, I know they are on Krakoa currently, but this is for most people who don’t read the current comics).
With this setting, we could see a roster of Cast Members for Disney becoming your favorite mutants, Wolverine, Nightcrawler, Mystique, Emma Frost, all of them have a chance to be through this hotel.
But who would you choose to speak to?
The Activities
Now for the best part, I’ve brainstormed some ideas to give our guests the true X-Men experience.

An immersive simulation room where guests can face off against holographic enemies and obstacles, testing their skills and teamwork.

Sentinel Encounter
A thrilling ride or virtual reality experience that puts guests in the middle of an epic battle between the X-Men and the towering Sentinels.
Xavier’s Office Escape Room
A challenging escape room experience where guests must solve puzzles and unravel mysteries within Professor Xavier’s office to prevent a mutant crisis.
Xavier’s Library
A vast library filled with books, artifacts, and research materials related to mutants and the X-Men. Guests can explore the collection and uncover hidden secrets.
Mutant Training Academy
Guests can participate in various training sessions led by X-Men characters, where they can learn and develop their mutant powers in a simulated environment.
X-Men Museum
A gallery showcasing the history and evolution of the X-Men, featuring interactive exhibits, costumes, props, and artwork from the comics and movies.
Mutant Power Showcase
Live demonstrations and performances highlighting different mutant abilities, featuring special effects, acrobatics, and theatrical presentations.
Mutant-Themed Dining
Restaurants and lounges with menus inspired by mutant powers, such as Wolverine’s Steakhouse, Storm’s Elemental Buffet, and Jean Grey’s Fiery Desserts.
The Princess Bar
A high-tech bar and lounge with dynamic lighting, holographic displays, and mutant-themed cocktails, providing a vibrant nightlife experience for guests.
X-Gear Store
A merchandise shop offering a wide range of X-Men themed products, including clothing, accessories, collectibles, and replica mutant power-enhancing gadgets.
